Every lesson cites its source — the ayah, the hadith with its grading, or the named scholarly position it follows. When a named reviewer is in place, they’ll be named here.
Siddiq RUH is for learning, not for rulings. For a definitive answer on a matter of fiqh, you are encouraged to ask a qualified scholar you trust.
Free doesn’t mean you’re the product
A Muslim app once sold its users’ location data to brokers who sold it on to military contractors. We haven’t forgotten that, and neither have you. So, plainly:
We collect your account details, your lesson progress, and basic device and usage data — to run the app.
We never sell your data. Not to brokers, not to advertisers, not to anyone.
Three services help run it: Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (waqf donations), Resend (emails you opt into).
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
You can ask us to delete or export your data at any time.

Not translated from somewhere else. Not written for a context that isn’t yours.
Zakat when your savings sit in a Stocks and Shares ISA. Ramadan when the fast is nineteen hours and the kids have SATs. Explaining wudu to a seven-year-old before school. A workplace pension you were auto-enrolled into and never checked.

Why This Exists
Siddiq RUH carries on my father’s work by modern means.
For over forty years he has served his community through the masjid — a masjid built on blood, sweat and tears.
That kind of service is slow and unglamorous. It is one person showing up, week after week, for decades, and what it built was never really a building. It was somewhere people belong.
This app is an attempt to carry the same intention somewhere new: practical Islamic learning, ten minutes at a time, for Muslims building a life where their deen and their dunya are not at odds.
The mosques of Allah are only to be maintained by those who believe in Allah and the Last Day and establish prayer and give zakah and do not fear except Allah, for it is expected that those will be of the [rightly] guided.
